The system will disable your profile after 3 failed log in attempts.  The password pin feature allows the user to reset the password and will also re-enable the profile:

 

  •  If you forgot your password or have been disabled, click the Forgot your password? Click here to reset. link:

 

 

  • 2. Enter your username, password pin, new password and verify
    (new) password:


  • 3. Another pop-up will appear with the profile change confirmation, the system will automatically re-enable (if profile was disabled) and log the user in:

 

What is my password pin and how do I change it????

 

  1. Your default password pin is set to 12345.

  2. You can change your password pin under the Update Your Profile link on the homepage of IntelliDealer:

     

  3. The password pin is a 4-8 digit numeric combination.  This pin will never expire.
