1. Have the user plug the laptop into a network cable
2. disable wifi (the update needs the faster connection speed)
3. Go To Dealer Path / Service Advisor with that user's xid
4. Click the gear cog and select "update data" you do not need to update the "update job" option.
****please not that depending on the updates this can be time intensive.****
