Go to cdk
go to cutomer care
go to CRM
go to Customer profile
type customer name in the search field
click on contacts on the toolbar at the top of the window
click on the the name of the primary user
select MyDealer on the top of the cdk window
select edit at the bottom of the window
change the password
lock the screen
